Robert Folie has over 20 years of experience in IT, successfully completing over
100 medium to large projects for a variety of clients in varied industries. Some of these clients
include: The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, The Port of Seattle,
Siemens Medical Systems, 3M, IBM, Airborne Express, Medco (division of Merck), and
Metlife.
Robert’s project experience ranges from small, quick development projects to leading
an IT department of 18 in a successful effort in delivering a custom $3.8 million
cutting edge direct marketing solution for a leading educational travel organization.
Robert’s experience covers the entire range of projects: from the analysis and requirements
gathering, to the design, development, and deployment.

He is skilled in a variety of languages and technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX,

Paul R. Reed, Jr. is president of Jackson-Reed, Inc. (www.jacksonreed.com), a training,
design, development firm that specializes in the analysis, design, and implementation
of Object-Oriented systems for clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the
Middle East. He is the author of, "Developing Applications with Java and UML" and
"Developing Applications with Visual Basic and UML" both published by Addison-Wesley.
Paul has assisted many organizations with their application assessment and development
needs. These companies cover a broad spectrum of services and among of few of these
are Visa USA, Visa International, The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, The
